When you are logged in to your Canopus User Account, you can:

 

  • UPDATE your Canopus User Account Profile
  • REGISTER a new product
  • SUBSCRIBE to Thomson Grass Valley News or change your Subscriptions preferences
  • DOWNLOAD Free Demo Software
  • DOWNLOAD the Software Updates, Drivers, Plug-ins, Utilities and Documentation for which you are eligible, based on the products that you have registered online, in your Canopus User Account
  • CONTACT your Technical Support team directly, via e-mail, using the convenient Full Support Webmail form


If you do not have one, set up a new Canopus User Account — you do not need to be a product owner to have a Canopus User Account, and your information will never be sold or shared with a third party without your consent.
